We are seeking a technical, customer-focused, outside Sales Manager for our client’s line of high-tech engineering products and parts (rotating equipment). The company is located near Hartford, VT, however, this position could be remote.

Responsible for qualifying business opportunities and helping to develop sales leads and proposals for their Engineering, Products and Manufactured Parts businesses. Plan sales activities, working across departments, attend conferences and frequently travel, to client sites (mostly domestic).

Must be a technically-oriented professional with solid engineering and sales skills. Outstanding communication, customer service, computer (MS Office, CRM software, etc.), time management skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience writing technical proposals is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and a minimum of seven years of technical sales experience specifically with engineering services and engineering products in a turbomachinery industry (e.g., compressors, fans, blowers, turbines, gas turbines).

Competitive salary and benefits package including relocation from within the Continental United States or the ability to work remotely (within the Continental United States) with occasional trips to corporate headquarters in Vermont. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future.

Kohl’s is hosting its first-ever, non-seasonal hiring event at all Kohl’s stores nationwide from Thursday, June 24 to Saturday, June 26 to keep pace with consumer demand.

Kohl’s has set a goal of hiring 5,000 associates for both full- and part-time positions over the three-day hiring initiative.

The national hiring event will take place from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. local time at its more than 1,100 stores nationwide.
