My advise into working who are interested in getting a job at Dicks is if your attending College its a good place to start. Make sure they work with your scheduled because in some locations they hire a lot of people witch makes it difficult for some that lives out of the city and rely on that job specifically. Leads are their to help you out for any questions. Most of the people that work their do attend college. I f you enjoy sports and love been in places where it gets busy because time does fly in Dicks then I don't see why not to apply.

If your are looking for part time work and able to be flexible with your hours then this job for you

Observe the store at different hours or talk to the employees. That will let you know whether the store is fast paced or slow.If it's fast pace you may pick up extra hours. Slow pace, not many hours. Check out the fitting room and the volume of clothing on them. Sometimes they are full and the store hasn't been open 3 hours. Some stores have alot of clothing on display and others don't. The more clothes, the more work behind the scenes. (Stockroom).

I have dozens of businesses e-mailing me every day. I tell each one that I am looking for part-time as a cashier, sticker, or sales associate in retail in my town where I live. They send me full time offers for Uber, management, drivers, move out of state, go back to college, otl drivers, nursing, handicap care, work at home, and a bunch more junk I have no interest in. They obviously don't read what I tell them I am looking for. And no, I don't need auto insurance, life insurance, a pyramid job, health insurance, or any of the other garbage I get bombarded with daily. Just saying.

Trying to be friends with a co worker that was crooked and a the if.

I applied for and was hired as a fine jewelry sales associate. However, they use you in other departments as needed. Funny thing is, my pay is associated with sales goals, which can be significantly reduced by not meeting those goals. That was not made clear at the time I was hired. Also, 30 hours per week is considered full time here.

I would tell them you will always have new customers and get some old ones.you would learn a lot of different things. You would work with great co-workers.you would have a nice boss.

It's a great job I love it there everyone is so nice and they all help each other out
