I want to make aware of a company in the Lake Forest area named The Areteem Institute. The owner of the company is incredibly psychotic, very racist towards non-Chinese people, insulting, and childish. The worst employment of my career was there and I wish I never has worked there. There's a laundry list of shady scam-like operations, people with missing money, and extremely unethical business practices. They used to be named Gyrodimensions, renamed as Math Zoom, and then Areteem because they had such horrid customer complaints that they had to change names. Unfortunately, they just close up shop, move operations under a different name and then keep doing their garbage tactics. Please for your mental health stay away. #scam

Beware of #scam people. They are out there. I just got scammed this week. Delores Clarence on Telegram is fraud. Don't believe her. She will make you think she is on your side. She is not. #jobsearch #beware #advice #employment #scams #application #scammed #general

So my boyfriend and I almost got scammed while looking for an apartment this weekend. He replied to a craigslist ad we posted saying that he had a place to show us immediately and wondered if we could make an open house between 2pm and 4:30pm. It was already 5:20pm when he sent us the times for the open house (flag #1). The guy (who later identified himself as Jovan after we asked) said he was already out of town but my boyfriend and I were welcome to drive by the place (in a very nice part of town) and if we liked it, then he would send us photos. He said he would rent it out to us for $1,000 a month (which was a steal for the area) and asked us to put down $1,000 to reserve our spot (flag #2) (we did not put up the money). Instead we asked him more questions. He kept pushing for someone to just move in or he was going to list the place with his realtor because he had already left the state and needed the property gone (flag #2). We said we liked the place but we wanted to see the inside and asked him to call the leasing office so they could show us the place. Instead, he emailed us photos that has a little logo in the lower left hand corner, that were OBVIOUSLY taken from the website for the place (flag #3). Then the guy got scared and started getting defensive, saying we weren't serious about the place when my bf cc'd me in the emails.
This was a well-spoken person with minimal spelling/ semantic mistakes, who was nearly convincing in his lies about being a doctor who moved to live with family and just wanted to help. This man even said he was a Christian and wanted to help us out with our situation! ? Thank GOD for my mother and my bf who thought to ask so many questions because I was almost ready to give this guy $1,000 PLUS the $2,000 more he asked for 1st and last months rent. My bf spoke to a fiend of his and apparently housing scams like this are picking up a lot more due to so many people not being able to find housing due to COVID. PLEASE be careful. ASK questions. If something seems too good to be true then it probably is!!!

These ads to wrap your vehicle for Miller Lite Beer are nothing but scams. There are tons of them posted again tonight. To keep your money in your pocket, please just scroll on by. Better yet click the 3 dots on their post so Job Case can remove all of these phony profiles.
I had Wix take down their 2nd grade website, so now its gone. Maybe if they have to make a new website to scam people on Job Case every time, they will stop. I doubt it!
Stay safe! #toogoodtobetrue #scam

It's really sad that at a terrible time like this of what's going on in the world, you still can't trust companies to offer a legit job. "Steve Johnston" from suncorp group emailed me then gave an interview via email. Then said to send him a message on hangouts. First thing he said was we are honest and loyal...can we expect that from you? Then told me to send a picture of my license. I asked to video chat and to fax my license and was cut off from sending any more messages. Smh #suncorp #scam #stopthem

I am so sorry this happened. I think the best thing to do now would be to find a job and not wait for those funds to come back to you as they may not so it's good to be prepared!
