I turned a bad workday into a GREAT one by...Stepping up to the plate. The head of our onboarding dept was without electricity due to a winter storm, which meant calls couldn't be made to introduce our company to customers. I was in a different location and different department and had already finished my work load, so I stepped up and made onboarding calls so that the customers didn't have to wait. Team work about stepping up. #management #selfmotivation
