Pressure them for detailed objectives. They won't give them to you but do it anyway and document it in detail. Otherwise they will just destroy your integrity and in the end just get rid of you. Of the colleagues that I had there, only a few remain and the common thread is lack of seniority.

Not developing a cogent response to their accusations. They claimed I wasn't performing up to their standard, but they never said wat the standard was.
