Because it has lots of fun activities n stuff

From 2009 to 2019, I served as Coordinator, Guest Accessibility Services for the San Diego Padres / Major League Baseball. My responsibilities included all things disability at Petco Park. Perhaps what I am most proud of is helping individuals with disabilities to venture back to the ballpark. You see, I was once like them. After the onset of my disability, I was also afraid. That is, until a dear friend (almost) literally dragged me back to the ballpark. You know something? It wasn’t that bad and it became easier each time. Sometime later, after reaching my position with the Padres, I had the opportunity to do for many, what my dear friend had done for me. It wasn’t always easy but I still keep every letter that I received from fans with disabilities grateful that they had trusted the encouragement and promise that once again, they could experience the thrill “Take me out to the ballgame” just as I once did ⚾️

I Would love to work with the Celtics. I put the time into school to successfully start my journey. All those tough classes and tests I completed. My dream job will come true someday. I’m hoping someday is very close to tomorrow.

Im the only child who grew up in basketball courts in boys and girls clubs. I suffered alot but im glsd i did because that helped me be a MASTER. I have a big LOVE for basketball. Growing up in neighborhoods full of gangs basketball was my safe zone. And the Lakers were my depression pill to happiness.

One day at my golf course job a man came up to me and askedIf I had seen his wallet. It was stolen or lost. I told him no but I would keep an eye out for him. Then I went out to pick up golf balls and I found it in the middle of the range. I went immediately back and tried to find the man. The man was already gone. I wanted him to have his wallet so badly that I went to the pro shop found out his reservation for his nine hole then proceeded to find his information call the man so that he could once again see his wallet.

I've been working at a movie theater since March 2019. I love the job since, as a high schooler who is about to graduate in June 2020, it helps me able to make money on weekends while still attending classes.
But, I am also an athlete. and I do a winter sport that makes me only able to work on Sunday. And, I've stated this multiple times to my managers at the Theater that I'm only able to work on Sundays, even putting in my availability sheet saying so. What makes it worse is that I just got offered a wrestling scholarship to a college with a division 3 wrestling team.
Fast forward to now, I got my new schedule and I'm scheduled for Friday, December 20th, a day where I'm going to be wrestling at a tournament. I've told them many times that I can't work on Fridays now but they still scheduled me. I tried asking my co-workers to cover me to no avail. this means that I either work my shift and not wrestle, or wrestle in the tournament and risk getting written up, which could lead to either a suspension for two weeks or a termination of my contract.
I want to wrestle, but I don't want to risk losing my job. I want to try to be able to keep my scholarship while still working. I don't know what to do.

Getting to know all kind of people

I love working with the public and really loved taking care of our men and women soldiers.

I do my best to be aware of what my customers are going through. So one day I noticed a lady and her 3 kids and you could tell she was upset. So I went and talked to her and her husband had just been transferred. So I set the kids up on a lane to bowl and sat and talked to her until she was laughing and feeling better.
