No matter how hard the job is the day the crew always works together to get it done.

People you work with. Some don't respect that it's ok to disagree. And still get the job done.

You aced the interview, negotiated compensation, now the hiring manager wants you to meet your teammates. Should their response determine whether or not you get your dream job? #hiringnews #interview #jobsearch

Make sure you have good references and you don't have a criminal background either. Try to dress up at least for the interview.

Do what works right? If it's not broke don't try to fix it. No need to reinvent the wheel. Have you tried to phase in the new co-worker who seems to be the exact opposite of your lunch buddies? Have you tried the new gym membership under your group plan to make new friends? Are you stuck on social media with no "happy hour" invitation? Chow.....

Just listening rather than giving my opinion... Through out the years I have found that many times when people ask you for your opinion they really just want to express their own! By being an attentive listener and truly hearing what they say it gives them a sense of validation no matter what the problem or situation. By relieving some of the stress from your employees you will always receive much greater output from them when their mind is clear. It's a win for everyone. I learned long ago that there's a reason why we have two ears and only one mouth! Usually when you hear two people who are in an argument the one who is speaking the loudest and dominating the conversation is probably on the wrong side of it!

I work WITH my guys. Leading by example. I feel it is necessary. Even as a foreman I was the dirtiest at the end of the day

Jobcase, Inc. is observing #juneteenth today. We wish you a day of enlightenment as we all pause to consider racial inequities that continue these 157 years since Texas got on board w the emancipation proclamation. Yes solemnly celebrate the ending of our original sin of slavery, but moreso let’s pause this day to educate ourselves on history and think what we can do to make things better today.

The close knit family atmosphere that everyone seems to have. They are truly committed to helping others by any means necessary. The staff are very friendly and laid back as well as the owner. working here truly gave me a sense of how helping others can bring inner peace and happiness within yourself at the end of the day. I always felt as if I made difference in someone else's life even if it was a small difference and thats what motivated me on a daily basis to be as productive as possible.

Family orientation first
