I have gone to the Blue book on construction and called every contractor listed in my specialty, HUNDREDS . Net working is the most successful way to find work.

I have been seeking opportunities of higher degree sine the company I worked for previously split up and was taken over by a terrible mindless small operation. I was ultimately forced to resign due to a 35% pay cut. Through all of my efforts I have learned one thing; applying for positions on line is useless. I have a Bachelors' of Science, an associates of science, Class A CDL with HAZMAT, a real estate brokers license and over 9 years experience in the superintendent level position. For some unknown reason, I can't even get as much as an interview with anyone when it comes to upper management positions, or management positions for that matter. Im 37 yrs old, and im losing my mind over this. I know my worth, and im willing to work hard to get to where I want to go, but I cant get a chance to prove this. Whats the deal?

My advice to people interested in working at #RiverTweedCommissioners.-Melrose,ScottishBorders as a #Superintendent-SeniorWildlifeOfficer ...

Like the outdoors.Like being part of a team. Like a varied work pattern. Certainly not 9 to 5.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Superintendent-SeniorWildlifeOfficer at #RiverTweedCommissioners.-Melrose,ScottishBorders ...

Forgetting to sleep.
