Don't indulge to much personal information about yourself. Do your job and if you plan on moving up in rank don't tell anyone there are people there who have a tendency to discredit you.

If you are favored by Follett execs, it has potential, although the pay rates are generally low across the U. S. If the powers that be are not a fan of you after their first couple of impressions, you will have zero opportunities for advancement. Time to look elsewhere. Follett sells themselves as the "Follett family" to make the company seem to have a family feel, when in reality the corporation was started by the Follett brothers and some of the real Follett family members are still top executives. However, as I said earlier, they pay their employees minimal when their headquarters in Chicago is a huge skyscraper with Ferraris out front. A typical powerhouse corporation with over 1200 stores in the U. S. that takes care of those at the top.

DON'T DO IT. For 2 years I gave them my all and never had any problems. I actually loved my job. I don't wanna brag, but I was the best team lead. I was always on top of things and got everything done in a timely manner. One day someone from corporate office comes in to talk to a LIST of people and basically fire them back to back. I don't know about everyone else, but long story short - I was wrongfully fired under false accusations. I called HR department to speak to a lady named Katy Radke that I thought handled the store location issues, but she informed me that it was no longer her, but another lady named Gina Pena and that she would let her know about my situation. Either she didn't inform Gina or she couldn't have cared less because I was never contacted by either of them. Every time I called again, I kept getting voicemail. Don't work for a place that'll replace you for no reason and screw you over in the process.

We are hiring a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor for one of the clients located in Chanhassen, MN.

Responsibilities also include: • Assigning tasks to ensure compliance to customer requirements. • Providing coaching and training. • Assisting supervisors with employee performance reviews. • Communicating with warehouse shipping/receiving staff at shift change. • Notifying shift Supervisor when non-compliant issues occur and collaborating to establish corrective action. • Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned. • Provide forklift training. • Maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Handle other related assignments, as directed.

Minimum Experience/Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and write basic English; post-secondary training helpful. • 2+ years Warehouse experience; previous team lead experience preferred. • Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks. • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekends.

Go else where pay is shitty treat employees like shit and I was a foreman work you 7 days week 16 20 hrs day vey un safe environment all the equipment is broke of put together half ass. They will use you then say screw it. Ivwas dedicated and treated like shit. Pay they welders horriable for the environment between the epa and osha not sure how they are still in buisness they literally turned me into someone I am not. If you enjoy fighting yelling screaming and being treated like shit this where you should go. Look me up on facebook Matthew Johnson and you can see how dedicated I was and how my crew loved me. Now they are miserable new plant manager Gary has short man sindrom and is racist as hell and I am white telling you this. Half the people never show or are late and tardy.I tried to attach my email from Gary Salsby am straight bull shitter and lies about everything. Fake person what sucks is their are guys that are devoted and treated like shit owners could careless. Shit they still owe me mileage.if you want ti see last email sent me.
