I use to work for Walmart in Rancho Cordova, Ca. And I got fired 24 hours before I got a better opportunity in another store. I truly believe that this was done to me leaving the store and he don't have to cover my position. Do you think that was right? Should I ask a Discrimination and Retaliation lawyer for this question?

Have you ever applied for a job that's sounds so amazing? Your first day there your so nervous, because you don't really know how people are going to treat you & if there going to be receptive of you, but yet you still go in with a positive attitude. Your extra nice, because you want to get along with everyone & not have drama. After about 3 months you have your position on lock. Your starting to feel like your apart of the team now, with that now you have people that appreciate you doing your job working as a Assistant Property Manager & your enjoy the work that you do. Now just 90 days into my position I get asked by other residents will I consider taking over the Property Manager position. I decline, but much enjoy just helping people in need. Now the Property Manager feels threaten, because of the amount of help I give the residents & that they feel more comfortable talking to me about things as for the Property Manager who is very rude, unprofessional & "EXTREMELY GHETTO" I was terminated, because of this very reason. Afterwards she told HR that I was terminated for not filing papers which could not prove, but it stuck because Maryland has a at-will doctrine which sucks. Nobody deserves to be terminated for not reason.

I got a leave from work cause was pregnant won't settle at work place,always felt dizy,nausea en so discomfort while at working, this was my first pregnancy but wat pissed me off was when I returned from my leave my dear boss had dismissed MI cause my friends had told him that I couldn't work don't know if they were jealousy of me or never wanted me with them and these were my very best friends I trusted most,want so much to forgive them but was hurt.

I recently got terminated from my job as a manager. It all started in January when I got sick and My boss knew but he told me he would come back the next day to check our stock level for prep, the next day I tried my best to go to work but I am so sick that I had to call in sick. Two days later, when I came back to work I found out that I was no longer the manager in charge of my store anymore. No explanations from my boss. Two weeks later, we had a managers area meeting and found out that I was the only manager that was not notified about it. Clueless and no training on how to do it I did an on the spot presenatation based on what I saw the other managers reported. I was stopped by my boss only to embarass me infront of everybody to point out what I did wrong. I went back to my seat and swallowed all the humiliation.Later that day, I did my 2nd presentation and on my second slide show again I was stopped and told that the presentation was not from the company. At this point, I told my boss everything that was in my slide was valid, the only thing that is different from his perspective is that I used a different picture to elenorate my presentation. I asked if he wanted me to continue because if he is gonna continue yelling at me and embarrasing me infront of everybody I am not going to waste my time and his time. He yelled at me and told me he has the right to stop me and embarass me because he is my boss. I sat down after being belittled by him. After the meeting, I sent him a text to apologize because I did not mean to disrespect him and all he replied wa "learn from it". Then there are several occassions that I felt like he is trying to look for loopholes to get rid of me like given a write up for not wearing my name when he walked in and gave me a final warning that would lead to my termination if another occurence happen.He sends other managers to spy on my store operation and look for every little mistake. I talked to him about how I felt and he told me he is just challenging me because he expects that I would quit already. I told him I. Am not a quitter. Then he brought another manager in and she gave me a final warning when I had to call in for an emergency due to my son and husband being sick. We had the CEO visit and I was told to change from a manager shirt to a regular employee shirt. Then the final incident happened when My schedule was changed without notifying me and I came late. I was in a rush to get the store together that I forgot to clock in, at he end of the night I asked the other manager to fix my time so he put my time in. The next day, These 3 managers called my attention and implied that I changed my time and the manager that changed my time card denied it. I challenged them to pull the camera footage and when my boss saw it he decides to send me home so he could further investigate it. I told him there is your proof so why are you still sending me home? You did not have a hat, so you need to go home. I told him, That I asked the other manager to give me a spare hat but he refused to give me one and he said its ok to not have it for the day. I did not argue anymore and got my things and went home. That night my employees called me and told me that I am banned from the store and that I was terminated. I called hr the next day to ask the reason for my termination and she could not tell me the reason why. I got a text from one of the managers askjng me to come in and I told him that after spreading the word to all my employees that I was terminated I will not come in to talk to them but they can talk to my lawyer. So do you think I have a valid EEOC complaint for harrassment?

I was terminated from my employer of 1 year at Save a Lot Foods: for speaking to a female saying hello how are you? Is their a law against speaking to a female in a respectable matter? I

Need advice on what to include on new job application. I was terminated from 2 different jobs. Both due to poor concentration, anxiety due to mean customers & high work demands, fatigue from attending school. I really tried, but supervisors fired me. I really need a job.

I lost my job with PORSCHE 3 week s ago. They let me go with no notification. After taking care of my parents and little sister with downs syndrome for ten yrs I had just moved into my new place and what I thought was a chance to begin a life. I was going check to check. I now find myself unemployed and facing eviction , losing my car and getting my services cut off next week. Down to my last 3 dollars. I've applied everywhere and looked for assistance but it's a waiting game. Friends ? There are none . Thought I had many. I feel like I'm drowning.

So I worked at Safelite for about a year and a few days only to get fired for not wearing the harness correctly. It threw things into a tail spin. A few months later I was told that a former colleague had wrecked the company van and hit a parked car with people inside. He wasn't fired though. They claim I was fired for safety but hitting a park car and damaging/totaling a company vehicle while an elderly person was inside doesn't equal the same out come? Would this be grounds to get a lawyer involved? Also the supervisor was unprofessional and a complete asshole who seemed to have a personal vendetta. When it happened it was only me and him in the surrounding area and I've seen much worst get over looked. #Terminated #Fired

You could include it but state that during your probation period, they chose to go a different route and hire someone with more experience. A mutual parting of ways with no hardship feelings.

I was Laid Off from my last position 4 yrs ago. Since then have been looking for a job to help supplement my income> I am a Senior Citizen with what I feel is an excellent work ethic. I am dependable & reliable. I know Word, some Quick Books, phone, office machines. I have submitted resumes everywhere but no success. I have even tried WALMART & I was informed I did not pass their assessment test - Really? Guess they don't want anyone with brains & Common Sense
