Supervisors.. especially the toxic ones

Question: You if course should respect them and ask for help if needed but what if they're acting in a more immature behavior towards you and other coworkers? Solution: You should give them a straight answer that they expect but you shouldn't fear them. What i mean is dont just yell at them because you're going to get fired. What i mean is if they ask you like "In your supervisor and you should be scared of me huh?Then just say "sorry ma'am/sir" and focus on your priorities. Heres why; you aren't the only one dealing with a sensitive supervisor. Sooner or later that supervisor will be talked to by someone higher than him or her.
