Be willing to make your job an open door to suggestions and always look for a new direction to follow and be honest in all your dealings with others as well as yourself.

I believe my biggest downfall was not being open enough, to be fully honest with myself as well as others, that i really did not, have it all figured out." I should have been more open to suggestions, and direction from my superiors and cleaned up my act and listened.

I truly believe that, for the most part, every job, has some type of stress involved to it." I believe that when things go crazy,"Like not receiving parts on time to complete a vehicle before it,s deadline,"Such was in my case a very" bad day", or so it seemed..!"Until i realized," that everything on my end had been properly executed as far as ordering and time of arrival for all parts needed for shop including rushed order parts, so in essence my job was completed.Did that take care of the problem at hand..? No, but it allowed me to come up with an alternative to the problem,"I had to get parts from local dealers to finish the vehicle before it,s deadline..!" I simply had to slowdown, stop, clear my head, think, find solution and executed it to the best of my ability,"And accept the fact that sometimes things happen beyond our control, but it,s what you do in those impossible moments that determine the outcome of the impossible to a job well done..!"

I never really had any problems with a co-worker or had to deal with an angry customer,i guess," i was fortunate not to have been put in that position..!"

I enjoyed the challenges of learning something new , not to mention the pleasure of the experience i was involved in, on a daily basis. I do believe another great thing was getting to meet new people everyday i was there ."

While i worked there, the work was challenging in many ways, and when i was unable to figure something out, there was always somebody willing to lend a helping hand, even if it was not part of their job description they were there to help. The owner was even more willing to show and teach those who were willing to learn something new that was AJ's way of running his shop and buisness .
