"Must-Have" Skills for this job:

• 1+ year of professional experience in Reception, Front Desk, or Administrative related role

•Billing or Claims experience a plus

•Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or Animal Shelter is preferred ( not mandatory)

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task

• Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service

• High School Diploma (required), Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
