I had a customer try to steal a pair of ladies underwear I ask her 2 pay for them. Next thing I know she comes after me with a bottle in hand and hit me in the head with the bottle. Our security caught hold of her but I did have her arrested for assault.

I love my job, I love helping customer we had customer that made us laugh, and when a customer cant find what they are looking for we would take the customer right to that place, I love my employees, we was like a family at walmart

My manager at walmart was very friendly but yet professional. I learned that there always room for growth in that company. They allowed me to troubleshoot on my own but there is always an open door. Wish i could come back.

Prefer not to talk about my last job cause it will not look good for me

That its a bad idea... They ARE NOT family oriented all they care about is money and they don't care bout the employees they say oh u can move up fast in this company... Yeah right a total lie I was there for 3 years and I was wanting to move from unloading for 2 years. I did everything they told me to do but they didn't let me move still because it's hard to get people to stay in the back unloading the trucks.. That's what they said .. The only reason why I got moved was because I wasn't getting along with one if the workers back there. And the manager still didn't want me to move.. So my advise to whoever is looking to get a job at Wal-Mart in millersburg Ohio is DON'T!!!!! There are better jobs out there who will treat you way better!!!!

The customers.the people I worked with.keepingbusy.the benefits ,the pay.

I would have to say what modivated me at Walmart Super Center was Walmart's biggest rule to all employees the number 1 rule which i loved was the "10 Foot Rule" when you see customers 10 feet away you are instructed to help any customer you see from 10 feet away manidorty but simple to follow common sense

Great commeradity, associates working together as a team to get tasks done in a timely manner.
