If you have found yourself needlessly fired for unknown reasons. There is a right to work act. This is a bill that was written years ago. In this bill gives the employer the right to fire you for a numerous of reasons. So this is your answer to your question. Google right to work Act. #whatthehell

up here in Canada we have strict severance laws. I think 2 years for every year you have worked there. If unjustifiable dismissal you can sue for more. they usually pay you rather then the lawyers. The laws are cast in stone so not much of a fight anyways.
