I started volunteering because my mom had gotten a job there, so she was able to tell me about opportunities for me to get out and do tjings for the community.

I made working for #YMCA a good experience by

I was a Head Lifeguard, aqua aerobics instructor, personal trainer and swim lesson instructor. I was also the Aquatics Director while the Aquatics Director was on maternity leave for 10 weeks. I did schedules for both lifeguards and swim lesson instructors. I loved the challenges of being a boss. There was just no challenge left when our Director came back. I stayed another year but am just looking for something new.
