I have a bachelors degree in ABA and I’m working on a masters in other psychology. But what else can I apply my bachelors of science to? Because it doesn’t earn me anything in ABA anymore and I don’t want to do ABA now anyway. I love the ABA concept but I don’t like the way it is used and I’d love to apply it to another place. #jobsearch #advice #careerchange #education #healthcare #careeradvice #ABA #psychology #bachelors

Hi Samatha, Well, I can understand where you are coming from; I also studied ABA in the past and practiced as a behavioral analyst technician in the space. As you know, in ABA, you get a vast knowledge of the learning theory. So depending on where you see yourself and find the most fulfilling is key. Navigate further into healthcare, special needs teaching, even in government sectors, as an FBI analyst. Also, if you are still in school, reach out to your advisor, and I'm sure they can help you source some significant additional roles where you can still take the concepts you learn and know and apply them in a different space, along with learning even more. Best wishes moving forward!
