Yes!! It's possible to be passionate about more than 1 thing/field!

The biggest lie out there that I've come across is thinking that you can only be passionate about 1 thing! There are several people that I personally know that are passionate about several different things. The key is to try out different things one at a time to process and figure out if it could be a passion for you.

Check out this video about How to find your Passion and how to stay motivated to make such a discovery!

I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which causes chronic pain and hypermobility in my joints. As a result, I have to use a cane to help me walk, and it's been a challenge finding a job that doesn't require me to be mobile. I've been looking for a new job for the past month, and it hasn't been easy. Every time I apply for a job, I worry about whether they will be accepting of my disability. I've had some interviews, but I can always tell when the interviewer sees my cane. They try to hide their surprise, but I can see it in their eyes.

It's frustrating because I know that I'm capable of doing the job. My cane doesn't define me, and it certainly doesn't limit my ability to work. I just need an employer who is willing to look past my disability and focus on my skills and experience. I've been trying to stay positive and keep searching for the right job, but it's not easy. Some days, I feel like giving up, but then I remind myself that I can't let my disability hold me back. I deserve a job that is fulfilling and allows me to use my talents and abilities to the fullest. Any #advise you have for me in this group would be much appreciated.

Communication working in Retail

Working in Retail communication is very important. Starts with Management as well all employees. The best way to have good communication is to have a plan. Embrace digital communication. I know this very well, when I was a Store Manager, my employees did not have access to company email at that time. But everyone had a smartphone. Theirs bulletin boards that can be set up in breakrooms right? #advise #management
