I worked as a freelancer at Porsche for almost one year at Weissach, Germany. I found the employees and management to be friendly and very approachable. Most spoke very good English. I would have stayed much longer, but the project ended, and being a freelancer, I had to go. The food offered at the canteen was very good (restaurant quality) and cheap.

One big red flag I’ve noticed when job hunting is when the job posting is overly vague or too good to be true. If it promises high pay for little work, doesn't clearly explain the role, or skips important details like company name or location, I get cautious. Another warning sign is when they ask for personal info—like bank details or copies of ID—before even offering an interview. Legitimate employers don’t do that. I’ve learned to research the company first and trust my gut if something feels off.
