They hired me then fired me within a week because they didn't have "hours". Why the heck are you hiring if you don't have time. I honestly think they fired me because I have a disability. The management does nothing but eat pastries all day. And the cooks and people who make food be eating fries out the basket so unsanitary. Then they lie and tell you, you can't order a sandwich plain like how hard is that. I suffered discrimination wouldn't recommend to anyone specially if you are impaired #termination #management

I was working there for about 6 months, when they told me that they wanted me to be a manager, but I was only 17 so they had to wait at least another 6 months for me to be a legal adult before they put me in such a position. Once I finally turned 18 they told me that I am able to be a manager, but there were already too many managers and I didn't want to kick anyone out of their position so I told them I could wait a little longer until someone left and a free spot was open, but I had to leave for personal reasons before that opportunity arrived.

I stayed at Arby’s cause they became my family and I loved every minute of it until this new company turbo got it and I tried to stay then but they don’t care about their employees all they want is to keep making money even when it is 105 degrees inside cause the air not working and employees are getting sick and it so hot the hoses on the coke machine busted that what they wanted me to fix and now my family is working up there and there is only 7 employees although and they are not paying them right so yes I love the old stores but not turbo #foodservices #workenvironment

Because the atmosphere was nice in the managerial team we're very accurate with their job. The team members were good to get along with and the job was very easy.
