Customer service. I was a rock star. I activated Apple phones and saved customer's a trip to the store

In 1999 I turned down an offer from Suncom Wireless to be a Regional Sales Manager of multiple wireless store fronts covering the territory’s of Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, only to find out later that AT&T would buyout Suncom Wireless on a national level. That still hurts!!!!!

AT&T is the best company that I have worked for considering that they listened to my career plan and provided a fast track for me to hit my goals provided that I hit my monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. They also provided continuing education at. Tulane University night classes.

I gave great advice many times once there had been an applications based question and answer survey completed where the AT&T products or services that I recommended provided the customer with a competitive edge, a smoother customer service application or a superior internal communications even though my proposal was not the lowest in cost.

I worked with amazing dedicated people. I had several positions with the company. All challenging. All had great support staff. Answers were just a call away. Or chat away. We were productive and supported. Union for 12 years. And they had our back. Management for several years and saw the flip side of the house. It was amazing how much both sides worked to make it a great company. Nothing but love for my former employer.

Building customer relationships

Meet great people inside and outside the company. Everyday was a new learning experience.

Problem solving for customers both external and internal. The positions there require attention to detail and I am detailed oriented.

Very good company, solid, great opportunities
