Drive Time has a great culture and was very nice to work for however they lack true leadership. I was in a leadership role as a supervisor and they manager and director had No idea on how the department was doing or how the department functioned. They also had no development plans set and made it seem like it wasnt important. So in the end Drivetime is a good work place but in certain departments the leadership is lacking
