I am looking for something to do from home. My background is Office Management/Customer Service. I think I would like to do Customer Service from home maybe 3 or 4 days per week to supplement my income. I worked as a relay Operator for 5 years in a call center.

I have had a history of success in building rapport and building value and compassion while keeping the company metrics in mind.

Seems like there's a handful of call center jobs in the Fort Myers area. Also, not sure if they're open to remote, but Chewy has a call center in Opa-Locka (other side of the state, I know, but maybe they'd do an in-person interview and let you work remotely after). They invest a ton in their staff and from a customer perspective, they've been one of the best call centers I've interacted with.

Provides counsel, guidance and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most. This is done by using upselling and cross-selling sales skills to educate customers and agents on new and existing insurance products & services.
Upholds our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call quality, handle time, lead transfer ratio, adherence, first call resolution, and reliability.
Maintains and tracks accurate data in various computer systems.

A suggestion would be to look on Indeed.com as you can be specific on what is wanted do make sure remote or work from home is used when entering in your keywords and hopefully that will give you better results . I prefer this job search over Google.
