It's hard to believe 65% of employees are on the hunt for a new job, up from 35% in May. What type of job are you looking for right now?

Because you are the employee and they are the employer. That is reality.

up here in Canada we have strict severance laws. I think 2 years for every year you have worked there. If unjustifiable dismissal you can sue for more. they usually pay you rather then the lawyers. The laws are cast in stone so not much of a fight anyways.

More than 76% of employed Americans are feeling burned out at work, usually for the following reasons:

•Long work hours.
•Not having a good work-life balance.
•A heavy workload.
•A long commute.
•Unfair or poor treatment by work supervisors.
•Unclear job expectations.
•Low pay.
•A lack of social support.
•Insufficient paid time off.

12 minimum. And servers in restaurants shouldn't have to claim their tips! There is hwy robbery going on in these restaurants paying servers like 3 dollars an hour + tips they have to claim. Ask your server what their wage is. You'll be shocked. IHOP does this!

I'm a US ARMY veteran. 🇺🇸 I am now 63 years old and have worked as a medical assistant for 38 years as a civilian. The medical practice I worked for closed the doors on June 30. Trying to get employment when they see your age is very disheartening. I FINALLY starting getting unemployment checks last week..(6 weeks after the fact) and now the unemployment office has summoned me to an interview to see if I qualify to continue receiving benefits. Has anyone else had this happen? #jobsearch #unemployment #healthcare #advice

This happened to me last year. I started to feel SO overwhelmed about future prospects that I would procrastinate - and then stop looking.

Have you experienced this? And how did you get over it? #jobsearch #OVERCOME

Today. I have a part time job and basically to make a long story short. They gave a full time position to a guy that lives at home with his mom over a woman with 3 children that is twice the employee that guy is. Truly sad and pathetic!
