I'm telling you the truth...(This ca change your life).

Sometimes you have to stop and look within YOURSELF, then scrape out the answers from the soils of your heart to realized...

"You were endowed with the seeds of greatness, and when you properly fertilize those seeds, your garden will grow with prosperity, beyond what you expected." ~Edward Alexander

Don't ever forsake yourself, perhaps like you've done over the many years. Rather, rise-up on the inside and start manifesting your best, starting NOW.

Then, everything else will fall-in-place.

I Believe You Can...!

Yes ,well who wouldent choose make more money yet ,if arent able to be compatible with the others working I feel someones not going to last very long there or will become discouraged or disgruntled and leave or be termanated . I choose supportive members of the working atmosphere I am with on a daily event over more money.your job is your lively hood and your co workers are your family away from home

Got a job finally in Nov after 9 months unemployed. Thought it was a great, for awhile. Started to realize that the owner is a non-masker and disagrees with everything the who, CDC, and government say to the point of calling the guidelines unconstitutional and started handing out books on the constitution. Also fired an employee for verbally disagreeing with him. Everyday there is ranting about what is going on to the point that I am having a hard time concentrating. Owner also does not pay overtime legally at time and a half but at regular rate. What would you do? Blindly go along and deal with the constant ranting or leave bringing the overtime issue to an authorities attention? #advice

1-About 1/2 the country doesn’t agree with the CDC and the mask mandate. Just going into a restaurant, airplane or shopping at the mall. We have been fighting the mask battle for almost a year, so make your own decision to wear or not wear… but tread lightly on judging others, especially your boss. 2-you may have already done your homework but just be sure you understand how OT works, when it’s due and and when time and a half is due. I get regular complaints that an employee had 45 or more hours on their check but no Time and a half. Some just don’t understand. If it turns out you are right talk to supervisor. 3-If you are already this unhappy its a bad situation for you and your boss. You should probably start looking for other employment. BUT never let go of one branch until you have another one in your hand. 👍

Its hard to say in words how I'm feeling about the job market. Most will say Age is not a barrier when it is. If you are a older person trying to find work it seems companies do the "Over Qualified" line to avoid saying they age discriminate or you have to many medical issues. It would seem since this covid pandemic they say its hard to get people to come back to work. If this is the case why is it that I , as someone that wants to work is finding it hard to become employed. Sounds rather odd if you ask me !! #unemployment #coronavirus #beenwondering #ageism
