As a manager no personal and work life balance. You will never work less then 50 hours a week even is holiday or not holiday....

DON’T ...!!!! Management is not supportive as it relates to building a strong team. F21 has a lot of moving parts to help make the store run smoothly. Operations, Stock and Visual. All three departments does NOT work together for the store to be successful. I would not recommend any person who is passionate and goal setting to work for this company!
