I feel confident because I've had interviews for jobs and was hired in the past. I have done interviews for jobs in the past. I enjoy working with people with special needs and children from birth to age 8. #jobsearch #interview #followup

I would say to DEFINITELY keep your head up and have more patience when it comes to job searching, since a lot of jobs are short on staff due to the pandemic you may have higher hopes of getting a job sooner than later, it really depends on what you are looking for!! Use many different #jobsearch sites and stay organized with what #jobs you applied and all that, trust me its easy to lose track when you are desperately in need of a job!! Have you resume ready to upload!! About a day or so after you completed your application try calling the place to which you applied and inform them you have filled out an application, ask about the "application status", they will be more likely interested in you because you showed you are responsible with that one phone call asking about your status! Good luck!! #application #followup #hiringevents #advice #hiringnews #fulltime #customerservice

If it's sent a month ago and the job is still open, I don't think it hurts to send a follow up email attached with the revised resume to inquire your application status as well as an updated version.

So after you interview and if course the company says we will let you know etc etc. You take all the steps afterwards. Sending a thank you letter, constant emails and phone calls. But you just get ghosted. Where is the professionalism from these companies? #interview #followup

I was out of the workforce since May of this year and have recently been actively trying to get back into the workforce. I have BS degree with 5+ years experience. I applied at 10 different locations heard back from one.. and they told me I was overqualified. I don't know if it's the holidays or what but not sure how long to wait for these people. #jobsearch #advice #followup
