How do I find a job when I just got my certification?? I have been a CNA / Med Tech for over 15 years. I understand health care and I love it. I did not realize going to school to better myself would leave me jobless. #frustrated
My job has consistently promised me future raises, but when weeks turn into mo the and it doesn’t come, I finally question things only to be told that “we are in a pay freeze”. I was promoted to a Team Lead last year without a raise at all. When I threatened to leave, I was given a slight raise. Now here I am, one year into the promotion and I’ve asked numerous times about being brought up to the average level for my position in my logistical area. The “pay freeze” line was used once again. Despite all that, about 5 new hires have been made. I am in the verge of either threatening to leave again or just simply doing so without telling them a thing, leaving them high and dry. #frustrated #aboutmyjob

Caught in the web of undervaluation, I find myself in a job that pays far less than I deserve. Despite consistently going above and beyond, the factory's refusal to pay a fair wage has left me feeling exploited. Why do they treat hardworking individuals like this? Finding a PT work at home job?? I've been getting jobs in my inbox and they say PT and then redirected to everything but PT remote. I have some health issues, took a cut in pay when pandemic hit, I'm on sales and service in the staffing business and have lost income due to nobody wanting to go put and work, I'm raising my 9 year old granddaughter so I need the flexibility, I'm a hard worker, been at my job for 17 years and can't make ends meet, I've been looking, any legit real from remote jobs out there? My shift is 3-11 p.m. As of last month, my boss said he wants 2nd shift staff to come in at 2:30 to help am crew with their transition.
BUT he won't let us punch in until 3 PM on the dot.
Basically, he wants us to work for free 30 minutes every shift. He says it's fair because we "dont do as much" as night crew because guest traffic is typically slower.
I want to bring it up to his superior but I don't want to get in trouble.
Do you think this is fair?? Am I overreacting?!
