I've applied to this delivery company three times now, and each time, they scheduled an interview but never followed through with a call. It's been incredibly disheartening. After the latest snub, I mustered the courage to reach out again, and they assured me that someone would get back to me promptly. But, once more, I'm left waiting in silence.

I want to believe that my qualifications speak for themselves. After all, I've dedicated 30 long years to customer service, gaining valuable experience along the way. I know I'm well-equipped for the job. However, it's hard not to feel hopeless when my age, 63 years old, seems to be the only plausible reason for their lack of response.

The job market can be incredibly challenging, especially when you suspect ageism is at play. I'm at a loss for what to do next.
