If you're a team lead or manager they get dental, vision and health. You still have to pay out of your pocket for certain things. T hey usually hire only part time so they don't have to give denefits.

Service Advocate at Target

Depends on disability status, hours, and position. Standard team members that are full time get basic health insurance that covers partial dental and vision, whereas team leads and managers get more full coverage for the 3

Hi Jose! I know there is more than one Whole Foods here in the US, so while I'm unsure of the exact location here are some things you can do! First, check out their website. Locate the company’s mission there and how you fit into it. Do you like what you see? Second, check out some past company reviews from employees. You can do this easily on Glassdoor. It's important to determine company culture and do a little digging to see if that place of employment is right for YOU. You can read more about how to determine a company’s culture here! I hope this helps and I wish you the best with your job search : )

Cashier at Whole Foods

The people are great at Whole Foods. The company culture was better before Amazon took over. They still do nice things for employees, like team member appreciation week, but under Amazon it is more like a big business. We are staying open later on Holidays.
