Every company has subscribed to the “RESUME” requirement. I have been in the workforce for 50+ years and not until now have I ever been stopped from applying for a job because I didn’t have a resume to upload. This is the electronic age and they are kicking the people who spent years in dedicated service to companies, because of a story of their career and what their job WAS!
Just admit it, a resume is the best way to avoid saying that a person is not what you are looking for in your company. Too old, wrong color skin, wrong nationality.
