Applicant Tracking Systems and your resume.

So, as companies are running our hard-crafted resumes through artifical inteligence programs, looking for the right keywords, skills, and experience.

Now our resumes must pass the AI test AND be eye catching to the human eye.

If not formatted properly the computer program (AI) can toss resumes out, unable to read the information.

My burning question of the day -

Do you edit your resume/keywords for each job you apply for - because CSR job descriptions can greatly vary - or do you have one ATS compliant resume that you submit?

We get so caught up in the monotony I feel we sometimes forget to check-in with ourselves to make sure that we’re ok. Much like your house or your vehicle that you know require maintenance, don’t neglect maintaining yourself. You have goals to reach and dreams to achieve, don’t burn yourself out thinking you don’t have to check on you.

Be good to others but especially be good to yourself. 👍🏼
