It is a great business to work for just do what is asked of you and be great with customers.

The biggest mistake I’ve made was letting regular customers get away with being 50 cents short on the full amount owed. They would take advantage and the money they owed added up.

They turned 13 GM's this past year and their training program is very weak. They are using their current under performing GM's to train their new M.I.T's and no immediate openings for A trained G.M. to have their own store. Proceed with caution if brought on board and negotiate a good starting wage because you will stay there for a while.
