
They have their groups of employees they favor and protect. The supervisor and an employee who had No reason to not like me buddied up together and tried every way possible to fire me. I felt as if I had to walk on eggshells everyday and I was even asked by the same employee "what was I mixed with because my baby hair was slicked down". I was constantly accused of being on drugs and asked to take drugs screens of which I passed each one. I was never late, never missed a day and picked up extra shifts. Maybe we need to start something like the #meToo movement. It serves no purpose to suffer in silence. Spilling the beans on how long-term, huge-in-numbers and awful Unemployment has gotten may lead to government action to change things.
The more-than 80 types of distinct taxes each of us paid each year (1) on the money earned, (2) on the risks taken in investments in education and skills and business and (3) on anything bought or sold or owned that supported government should make it obligatory on the government to maintain those who did these things and were taxed.
America was started by a Tax Revolt.
We are not livestock to be whacked when we no-longer productive (employed and paying taxes).
Maybe it’s is time to organize into a political Force that can affect elections and make a change to recover the Opportunity of an America that no-longer exists.

Last week I would have been celebrating my 5th year at Ferguson. I recently transferred here about year ago. When I first came down to interview for the warehouse job he informed me how chaotic it was here how understaffed they were and how out of space they were. Informed me that he wouldn't cut my pay because if the cost of living difference between Phoenix and Iowa. LIE #1. Found out how much I was making and informed me he wouldn't be paying that. LIE #2. Michael Lovejoy called me black as tar twice and then went in the office and said he didn't and the then they offered the witnesses that were there better jobs and more money at different locations. I have 18 years of sales background and had been trying to get on one of the sales teams. I have a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in management. I thought maybe if I went back and got my Master's degree that would be an incentive. James Ogden told me just because I get my Master's doesn't mean he's going to let me off the fork lift. Asked me if I felt comfortable working under Michael Lovejoy my response. Was NO! The last draw was when Michael Lovejoy suspended me in his office and then went into James Ogdens office and told I quit. I told her you would be angry if your manager has been lying to you from day one and your supervisor keeps lying on you.
Not going to mention the driving manager Lawrence Marvin Brown instructed his drivers not to talk to me not anyone else just me and all i did each morning was rold them fellas drive safe and have a good day but i guess thats not appropriate to say to a delivery driver that has to work these Phoenix streets. #toxicworkenvironment. #metoo #stopfergusonways #Fergusonracism. #terrybradshaw

A couple of months ago I was called into HR to discuss an issue an employee had with me. She claimed that I sexually harassed her during work hours. We have security cameras running when we work just in case anything happens. They asked me if I ever did anything to her. I replied, " No the only thing I asked for was a box so I could check for scan lines and other things. That's it, I never spoke anything that was harassment." They fired me that day because they were in favor of the employees story. I've had a tough time finding another job. I guess the #MeToo movement really wants to take down men.

I tend to be a very physically expressive person, which means that I am a hugger. In todays #metoo work place environment that is often taken the wrong way, and is something I will have to remind myself to refrain from doing in the future.

I want to encourage those who have ever experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment to have the courage to stand up and speak up. Is not easy but it will be your first breakthrough to a new beginning in this the upcoming year 2018. You are not alone you too can a-RISE and be a part of a social community who stands with you... #MeToo.
