Writing down your goals in a small, not too small, bound journal , can have very good results. Terri Savelle Foy, who has condensed, memorized/regurgitated & further elucidated on many motivational stories, as well as filtered most through the Bible...says "write it down"! Habakkuk, the old testament, says "write the vision, and make it plain".. #Journaling, #Goal_setting, #time_management

Personalities in the work place.

Testimony

My experience when I was a Store Manager, I had at one time 140 employees. Yes 140 different personalities. I viewed each one like a huge bouquet of fresh flower arrangement. That helped me see benefits and understanding each one of my employees to the best of my ability. I appreciate that working with different personalities types can be beneficial to sustain a strong team and a healthy work environment. Each employee with the right positive mindset can bring something to the work environment. #motivational #retail #jobsearch

I really loved working for #Powerteam International. Company because...

I meet people from ALL walks of life. These people become friends and these friends I would have never have met if it was not for working with Power team International (USA). I am an important person in NYC. We will be having another event coming up in Sept. please let me know if you are interested in going. #wordsofadvice Bill Walsh is an internally speaker. He is very knowledgeable and #motivational.

I'm telling you the truth...

This is for YOU!

THOUGHT: Some people are hanging on for dear life and not having a clue of what to do next. In likeness to the illustration below, they are looking down with concern about the fall, rather than looking up and asking to be strengthen in their faith.

TAKEAWAYS: Where you focus your attention in life, is driven by your decisions in life and eventually attracts your results you live with. So, remember this key principle: "Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you." Walt Whitman

TREASURES: "Let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers." (Phil. 4:6, 7.)

Stop looking down, blessing come from above!

I Believe You Can...!
