Employers seem to want: • a bachelors • these and other skills and portfolio items:

  • UI/UX, video editing and other skills … but I also have 20 years' experience being a graphic designer as well as two Associates degrees from 1991. I am up against younger people with these skills and a bachelors. How do I compete? #jobsearch #advice #ageism #nobachelors #experience #application

The hardest part of job search is: although I worked as an RN for 35yrs, 17 yrs on floor care med-surgery and 18yrs in the clinics, I don't have a B.S. This seems to exclude me from many jobs that I am otherwise o
