I have not received one letter from them abouty unemployment or PUA. I been applying for unemployment since February 2020 and have not received one penny. I've been applying for PUA here amd have not received anything about it either. Next month it will be a whole year and still haven't heard anything. I need advice on what to do and who to get in touch with. Because the department of labor here sucks and you can never get anyone on the phone, always machines and they WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF YOUR CALLS

Hey @Marcus Kidd , the Ohio department of labor is still showing a record number of new claims and appeals but fraud seems to be the biggest concern right now is, More than half of Ohio’s Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims have been flagged for fraud.
Claims that do not pass the automatic filing process default into manual processing which takes more time to resolve. Stay updated on your claim via the online status check tool, see https://pua.unemployment.ohio.gov
i'll make this VERY LOOOOONG story short. i'm a self employed Father of 4, whos been unable to buy xmas or anything else , i've exhausted all family/personal favors, Please read and try to help. 7/12/2020 i filed for PUA assistance, and have not had any help from them in any way. I've done everything i've been asked too do, I've won an appeal, filed a second one and provided the paperwork that i was asked to provide... The Governor of OHIO Mike DeWine's office has written an e-mail to PUA/Unemployment... and it's been about 3 weeks and I've heard nothing nor has any of the Retroactive funds been released... You need to apply for PEUC if your regular unemployment was exhausted. PAU is for people who cannot work because they got covid.
