So how can you “Praise” someone at Jobcase??
An outstanding achievement. If there was a significant assignment that you were a part of that you’d like to showcase to future employers, ask a colleague or manager to include some highlights of the work you contributed in their praise.
A skill you developed. Many times, we learn and develop new skills at work. Suppose you have a specific area of expertise or talent that you acquired during your time at a job. In that case, you can ask the individual to emphasize its importance on your overall performance.

I've been at my job for 16 years and dont get the recognition or praise that I should. I have been overlooked and feel very disrespected. It's time for me to move on I think. Working at DHL was the best job i ever had, I worked there for 22 years until my retirement on Dec, 2016 My co-workers were the best. I made alot of friends who i am still in contact with. If i was younger i would have still been there, however DHL is a young mans job.
The doctor at the Sears optical in Media Pa is not only highly qualified, she sincerely cares about every patient
