š Good morning, beautiful souls! š
Sunday has rolled around once again, a day of rest, rejuvenation, and spiritual connection. As we open our eyes to the promise of a brand new day, may we all feel the warmth of the sun on our faces and the gentle whisper of the breeze, reminding us of life's simple pleasures and blessings.
On this blessed Sunday morning, I invite you all to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Let's make today a nourishing blend of self-care, quality time with loved ones, and quiet contemplation. Whether you're sharing a hearty breakfast with family, enjoying a good book in a quiet corner, or walking in the park amidst nature's splendour, remember to savour every moment.
š Today, I pray that your day is filled with love and laughter, that peace finds a home in your heart, and that you find joy in the simplest of things.
Let's use this Sunday to recharge our mind, body, and spirit. Let's enjoy the quality time with ourselves or with our loved ones. Let's celebrate and appreciate life, for it is in these moments of quiet happiness and contentment that we truly realize what matters most.
Make a cup of your favorite coffee or tea, delight in the chirping of the birds, let the calm of the morning envelop you, and carry that peace with you throughout the day. āš
Remember, every sunrise is an invitation to brighten someone's day. So, spread kindness, spread love, and let your soul glow.
Stay blessed, stay hopeful, and enjoy this beautiful Sunday to the fullest! š

Have you ever realized how distracted we are with today's technology?,,I remember how much time I would spend with my family before cell phones and iPods, and iPads came about. I remember going outside to play with my friends until the street lights came on, now my kids dont even know some of the games that we used to play outside as kids all because of technology. Now don't get me wrong technology is truly needed for this day and time, but just like anything else it should be handled when needed. I understand you might need your laptops and cellphones for work, but when work is over do you put the electronics down and spend time with your family and loved ones. Now, I know especially at a time like this with COVID-19 going on,,it's difficult not to have technology or even how to use it. Zoom is one of the latest platforms to have meetings, keeping in touch with loved ones, church services, classes for school and the list goes on and on. But once you are done, do you spend anytime with the family or loved ones that reside with us. I realized this at my Thanksgiving dinner, immediately family only, that we were all on our phones during dinner except for my mom and I just saw a movie,,and it had me think with everything going on around us we need to take the time out and show our loved ones, how appreciative we are of them. For those that live by themselves and use technology to communicate to your friends and loved ones then do so and just take out a little QUALITY time and show them how much we love them and appreciate them while they are still here. Amen. #Qualitytime
