Job Description
In the Call Center Representative role, you will need superior customer service skills as you will be assisting customers who are calling in with questions or issues relevant to their health insurance. You must have a dedicated home office area where you can take calls privately and without disruption. All computer equipment will be provided for you. (Computer, keyboard, mouse, docking station, ethernet cable and USB headset.)
Training
- Must be able to commit to 5 weeks of paid training which will take place from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
- Assessments will be given during the training period to ensure you are on track and understanding the system and requirements
- Attendance during the 5-week training period is mandatory with no missed days
Available shifts
- 7 days a week (overtime will be available)
- M-F shifts start at 8:00 am EST through Midnight EST
- Weekend shifts start at 7:00 am EST – 4:00 pm EST
- M-F Shifts will start at 8:00 am daily and every 30 minutes thereafter (Example: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00)
- Around week 3-4 of training, you will be able to secure your exact work schedule
Pay $17/hour with Call Center experience $18/hour bilingual (Spanish) with Call Center experience
Candidates with prior Call Center experience (especially Healthcare and HR Generalists) are encouraged to apply immediately as these roles will be filled quickly!
