What made me stay at #Willowick Assisted Living was

Willowick Assisted Living is the best place I’ve worked so far. There is a warm and welcoming family atmosphere They provide the room and support to grow. I started as a housekeeper five years ago and worked my way to being an Activity Director. This job challenges me to fulfill my potential. The best part is that I go home feeling fulfilled. Knowing that I get to help senior citizens improve their quality of life is truly rewarding. #beloitwi #assistedliving #seniorcare #rewarding

I loved this job! Every day was something new. Every day provided new opportunities and new challenges. Every day was an opportunity to change the life of someone or some family, and change the community for the better! Do I wish it was more financially rewarding? Sure. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat! #rewarding #

I loved interacting with the children/students and their parents. When I saw the children's faces light up when they saw me and when they ran to me, it was the most rewarding thing about the job. Also, the fact that the parents really appreciated that I loved their child each and every one individually. It was very rewarding.
