I have been working since the age of 14. I have skills in just about every aspect of employment except Computer Engineering or Construction. I have seen women do construction work and I Solute them! We are all here on Job Case because we're looking for employment, or to talk about the struggles of looking or maybe You have a job and being taken for granted! Whatever the case may be, We as a people need to Unite and Stand up for what's right! It's not right, that you submit application after application for months or years Only to get offered a low paying job that wants to use you! There should be no more At Will Employment! This gives Jobseekers or employees no fighting chance to live the so called dream! I think it would be wise to analyze your Needs vs Wants, because the market is cut throat! I love people. I put my All into everything I do. I've always been a Leader! If we could stand up and say No to minium wages when everything is going up except Your Pay! It's sickening. #advice #unite #equality

Hey everybody. It's been a while since I was on here. I've been working with a temp service this year. If anybody is struggling to get to work apply with elite staffing because they provide rides to and from warehouses.
