Must be willing to work 12-9 pm, 1-10 pm, and 2-11 pm Eastern Time including weekends (2 days off during the week).
In their customer support roles, you would be responsible for:
- Delivering world-class customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone
- Thriving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Using proprietary software programs to track calls
- Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
- Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent

- AS or BS degree a plus

So I found a job. I have been there for three weeks, it’s a great job but I’m having trouble doing the physical work because before this job I was working at amazon, and a stacked wall of heavy boxes 100+ pounds in a trailer fell on me and I ended up with a horrible back injury a year ago. I ended up leaving amazon because they wouldn’t do anything for my injury. Well now I’m at Valvoline And I told them about my situation and they said they would put me on a easier task but they still have me doing the hard physical labor and I just can’t physically do it anymore. Any suggestions on what I should do?
