I walked away because of the reviews that their customers were leaving. About how the company did not back up the product they offered, and forcing people into contracts they could not afford, and then sending out devices that didn't work. I wasn't going to be able to do a job where you are expected to cheat someone out of their hard earned money and then not back up the promises that were being made. That's not me and I will not be around someone like that.

Customer service, multitasker, don't leave a fallen customer

Thinking about personnel issues, what internal policies and procedures could cause you to leave your position or not accept position if one is offered?

Yes

But let him other know that your positive that you are the right choice for the job

Yes i agree a smaller company will be more personal as where a big business just needs the job done dont care bout anything else . They don't care if your wife is sick and needs your help they just need you to be there doing the work you had to do as where a smaller business where everyone knows one another can try to help you out if you needed to help someone in your family for a few days . Everyone can get together and try to cover your slack so the job keeps moving and your family will be taken care of. Sometimes that's not always the case but for the most part I've found it to be that way .

Smaller business usually value there employees respectfully.

That's a very hard question to answer. Think of speaking in terms as it relates to the position you are applying for along with some of your great qualities. Sometimes, the employer will tell you exactly what they want you to tell them. If not, don't sweat this. The following information will give you some idea. It's not the absolute best advice, but it' something. In other words, what do you bring to the table? What's so great about you, your education, your knowledge and skill sets? What will you be able to do for us? Will we be able to rely on you? Are you easy to work with? Are you willing to learn something new? Will you be willing to work outside of job description? Do you work well with others? Are you able to follow orders? Will you be willing to share your knowledge? Could we trust that you will be working on your job assignments for at least 95% of the time? Are you quick to anger? Are you organized? Would you be able to work with little or no supervision? What is it that you know already? If the position relates to supporting a team of 5 people. You would let them know that you are the person for this position, because it has your name written all over it. I have experience in supporting 5 - 10 people simultaneously and effectively. I have great organizational, collaboration, presentation, and communications skills. I am reliable, dependable, punctual, flexible and pleasant to work with. I am a self-motivator, you don't need something to tell you that there is work that needs to be done. If it is not there, then you ask your manager to direct you. Let them know that I take great pride in the quality of my work. I am a high achiever. I am a person with a high level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness. I have over 5 years of experience working in the area of customer relations, retail sales, customer service as a team member and as a team leader. I am great at supporting cross-functional teams, building teams, building customer relationships, working within budgets, and meeting deadlines. I understand how to work according to company policies. I know what it takes to be flexible enough to switch gears in mid-stream. I am a self-motivator; a creative thinker, and a problem solver. I can think of a resolution at the drop of a hat. I am more pro-active instead of being reactive. I have great listening skills. I know how to assess the customer's needs, communicate with the customer, check the status, collaborate across teams and vendors, provide feedback, keep all stakeholders informed and how to deliver on promise. I have 10 years of experience in the areas of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint with Co-Pilot, Teams and Outlook. I manage my time wisely. I am familiar with most of the social media platforms, and with some of the new technologies: Virtual Agents, Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT. I attended school at XYZ University and majored in ABC, graduated in the year of 20xx. This is just a start. You don't have to talk this much, but you do need to be prepared to say more than one or two things about yourself. Usually the employer is prepared for you to start with discussing your educational background, followed by your work experience as it pertains to the job you are applying for. Thirdly, they want to hear about your strengths. You get the idea. . .

Always on time work with others and ready to kearn

I like to apply with paper applications

Cover letters are unnecessary, your resume says it all.

The process on the kob

How long the company has been in business and the turnover rate of their employees.

Yes I have. When a position was advertised totally wrong. In fact, that happened today! 😐

The job that I was offered turned out to be the sales of a product my mother had already turned down!

Thank you for doing a good job . Motivation

Always taught me how to plan ahead. We called it a critical plan method. This methodology worked well for safety ,expediting proper utilization of materials and labor management .

Finding trustful leads. Last time, I was hacked and lost my bank account money. It seemed legit but it was deceiving.
