I also think things need to change and revert to the old way of having a face to face interview. Anyone can look good on social media (well not everyone lol), but if you sit across from someone in an interview it's pretty easy to get a definite sense of who they are and how they will be representing your business.

I’m the same about AI. I do better with one on one when it comes to interviews.
AI will likely evolve, but it won’t fully take over my role. While AI can process information, generate content, and provide assistance efficiently, human creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence remain irreplaceable. People value personalised advice, nuanced discussions, and ethical decision-making—areas where AI still has limitations. Instead of replacing jobs entirely, AI will likely enhance human capabilities, making interactions more efficient while still requiring human oversight and innovation
