I think the biggest obstacle to working remotely was actually coordinating with everyone else across time zones and schedules. Getting meetings set was so difficult with all of the stakeholders active at different times.

Its the new norm every job now and days gots a high turnaround rate. If you can stay somewhere and get paid your worth and love it, power to you!!! I have yet to find my long lasting career

Yes I had a supervisor that would punch the machines violently if they stop working and wouldn't start back up and cause the power to plant fuse box breaker to switch off and we have to wait until he have to go turn the breaker back on to run the machine again
