In my experience anytime they want you to attend a Zoom or group Video Conference, anytime they are hiding the name of the employer, its a scam or ploy to get you to start your own business that feeds their business and you end up wasting a bunch of time and get paid zero.

How I keep myself motivated after receiving multiple rejection is to keep moving forward. If I'm looking to accomplish something, I'm to to keep pursing whatever I'm after until I obtain it. Giving up is never an option if you really want something.

I try my best to listen.. not do so much talking. I answer honestly and briefly.
Of course honesty but I may need a minute. “Let me think that through for a minute.” I’m an introvert which I can explain and if I answer off the top of my head, I tend to want to edit and re-edit my response later.
