I consider it help because if you find out an individual is lying during an interview could lead to a hindrance because integrity is key!

No, but I'd like to add a comment about an interview I had that I should've walked out on. My first job, I walk in and a man with an interesting disposition interviews me, no problem. The thing that bothered me was he asked too many personal questions. Not the usual "Any family?" type questions. He asked if I was single and made comments that made me uncomfortable. I was a child then, 16.

Long story short -- walk out if the individual interviewing you makes you uncomfortable or says anything unrelated to the job you're being interviewed about.

How would you react to a manager repeatedly denying your PTO requests due to it “not being a good time”?

I'd look at the company employee terms and agreement protocol for how time off is handled. I would look for any procedural deficits that might be violating said terms of the agreement and I would email my employer with my requested time off dates. In the email id include the references to these violations and site the terms and politely insist on their adherence to them. I would also CC an HR person or my bosses boss in the email. Then if not complied with I would give a notice of potential resignation pending the terms being met. I'll die on that hill too.

FIRST I’d ask the manager when would be a good time to use my PTO if I need a vacation time or if it’s due to Family emergency , I’d have to go to higher management and discuss the situation.
