We've all had them, the days when we're at work where things just aren't going our way. Even the late great Alex Trebek (RIP) had those type of days when those four letter words just seem to fly out of our mouth with frustration.

How do you get over a bad day at work? #jobsearch #worklife #TTT

With the pandemic affecting work and the economy in so many ways, one thing I miss is the ability to go out for lunch occasionally.

I was fortunate to be able to work in area of Boston that was overflowing with great lunch options from the North End.

What I miss most is heading over to Bricco Salumeria in the ally for their Porchetta sandwich.

What work meal do you miss most?

I've recently found Work Tik Tok. A stream of content created by workers around the world posting their skills on the popular platform. I love it as it gives you a real life look at what it's like working at these different places. One of my favorites is this one by a Cold Stone Creamery employee who posts his cake decorating videos. Care to guess how many followers he currently has on the platform? You're not going to believe the number.

Do you think that these videos are helpful in seeing what it might be like to work at these places? What other behind the scene at work videos would you like to see us find and provide here on Jobcase?

Been around my team which I loved dearly. Coaching and motivating them to success was a daily task that made everyone eager to grow. I loved every minute of my 25 years at Macy’s. It was my second home away from home ...., #motivation #retail #worklife

My employer...Albany Democrat Herald (a newspaper business in Albany, Oregon) fired me when the supervisor overheard me mention that believed I contracted the Coronavirus while I was in prison late last year. I was fired the following day. They also said I was told repeatedly to wear a mask and did not. Which absolutely was not true. #worklife #advice #motivation #mythoughts #termination #coronavirus

I stayed positive and motivated at my job by monitoring batch processes for errors and determining the cause of these errors. Then I took steps to fix the errors, document the fixes and share the fixes with the appropriate team that was running the batch processes. #motivation #worklife
