We have all had that shift manager, crew lead, or assistant that from the dawn of their youth was lacking in 1 of the 2 or even 2 of the 2 qualities that can not be taught, bought or faked. You either are born with them or your not. Everything else can be taught except these. These 2 qualities are absolutely mandatory musts before ever considering an employee for promotion into management. Any guesses? #1 People Person / People Skills and #2 Common Sense. These cannot be taught any more than a tone deaf person can be taught. You either got it or you or not it. Sorry. Politics, favoritism, ignorance and proper training is to blame here. An employee is going to be a much better worker when his boss is in there huffing with him or Sympathetic to his needs. Too many bosses out there are great handing an employee their rear ends when they’ve done something wrong but how many of these same bosses pull someone aside and say “ Hey David! I’m very impressed with that display in the foyer I asked you to do. Nice work!” ( common sense ) an employee is gonna be much better at receiving Criticism from a boss that notices when they do well. What are you’re thoughts on this? Are there any experiences or examples that you have experienced? Feel free to comment.

If you are looking for a managing job, What's your #1 Skill ? and your best asset? All at the same time ?
Confidence, you have to have confidence. You have to have confidence in everything that you can take the controls of someone else's hard earned progress (up to this point) and leave the confidence in that left to see what happens entity that you can in fact carry onward and upward to meet all goals and expectations in a satisfactorily and timely manner to all concerned.Confidences must Always in all ways lead your way! I worked at the Helena School Dist for 19 years! It was the most toxic, abusive work environment I was ever in. I stayed for my children after a divorce and the hours were great for raising my children alone. But it was not a good environment for students, teachers, or what they considered transient staff as I heard para educators and janitorial staff referred to many times in my long journey. would I return? Not if my life depended on it!

I got hired part time job was not mutch pay and only at most a weekend job 12 to 15 hrs per week co-workers not wearing mask I'm wearing mine I worked as a hot food clerk customer service my supervisor comes to work coughing hacking no mask sick told her go home you contaminating everything she continued to work she comes in next morning says she has bronchitis on antibiotics still coughing hacking worse meantime the #2 in charge goes down out 4 days I'm asked to cover two days shifts so #2:comes back #1 goes out 5 days claims now pneumonia meantime I'm sick go to Dr I have Covid 19 I quit job immediately knowing I got it there and they covered it up and did not tell anyone

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read.)
Before we live by what we rightly believe, we normally live by what others perceive. Then, the saga begins. This happens 2X (times) more than we expect.
When we decide to react...it's usually a little-bit late in the game. Right?
Don't let this happen to you.
Here are 5 Essential Life Changing TIPS to consider for yourself, and kids: #1. GRATITUDE
Gratitude is...the quality of being thankful; the willingness and readiness to show appreciation, towards others by using a kindheart.
Consider teaching them to...
- Wake-up in the morning, and give thanks.
- Start the morning, with a positive attitude.
- Declare today, will be brighter than yesterday.
- Proclaim each day, as an opportunity to excel.
- Look pass a simple today, and plan for a super tomorrow.
Parents, don't ever forget to hug your children, and tell them.. how much you tomorrow's.
In the near future, hopefully, you'll come to understand what this really mean.
Live by what you believe, and they will too.
I Believe You Can...!

An average day at sonic is fast paced you've got to hustle and remember to wow your customers cause there #1 priority

The job interview begins way before the actual interview. The ability to quickly learn, not all-of-a sudden, has to be concrete.
When all-of-a sudden interviews happen the conduct accustomed being carried is what is going to impress the potential employer.
Practice being professional with everyone and in everything, it will pay dividends.
Always acknowledge those around and conversate when necessary respecting the boundaries. That is exactly what is going to happen or what will be happening with the interviewer.
It is more than a conversation and will be very relational, though very unemotional, due to the stern nature of business. So, being personable is going to open great doors unless there are restraints or hurdles that need to be attended.
A gentleman earlier asked if weed is acceptable, but just like alcohol it has its place and needs to be limited if not completely kept.
Do the most preparation by being on time, getting enough sleep and eating enough to create a great environment for the boss to delve into the interview and be as much help for the prospective employee as possible.
Breathing relaxed and speaking loud and clear conveys confidence and answering all the questions clearly, concisely and promptly.
Slouching never helps out; neither does mismatched socks, unironed clothes and ungroomed, tacky, stubborn personality.
Character is still #1! So is appreciation. Just be ready for anything. The results will speak for themselves. Be insistent, persistent and downright dogged about getting the job.
Appreciate you thoughts Joyce. Have a good week ahead of you.
